Privacy Policy for Groups Hub
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
Welcome to Groups Hub. AMNIOR ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Groups Hub mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
--------------------------------------------------
1. Information We Collect
We prioritize your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
• Non-Personal Data: We do not require users to create an account, register, or provide sensitive personal information (such as name, phone number, or email address) to browse the directory.
• User-Generated Content & Links: If you choose to submit a group link to our directory, we collect the public URL, group title, category, and metadata associated with that submission.
• Reporting Data: If you utilize our in-app reporting mechanism to flag inappropriate content, we collect the report reason and associated group data to enforce our safety policies.
• Automatically Collected Data: When you use the app, third-party services integrated into our app (like Google Firebase) may automatically collect usage data, such as your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and crash reports to help us improve app performance.
--------------------------------------------------
2. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we collect is used solely to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Groups Hub application.
• Display the public community links you submit to other users.
• Monitor and analyze app usage, trends, and crashes to improve user experience.
• Prevent fraudulent activity, moderate spam, and strictly enforce our Terms & Conditions.
--------------------------------------------------
3. Third-Party Services
Groups Hub uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
• Firebase (Google Inc.): We use Firebase for backend database hosting (Firestore) and analytics. You can view Google’s Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
--------------------------------------------------
4. External Links, Third-Party Apps & Data Isolation
Our application serves purely as an indexing directory of public links to external third-party messaging platforms, community chat applications, and social networks. If you click on a group link, you will be directed outside of Groups Hub to a third-party application.
CRITICAL PRIVACY BOUNDARY: Groups Hub does NOT have access to, nor do we monitor, intercept, or store the messages, media, voice notes, or personal data shared inside these external third-party groups. Our data processing is strictly limited to indexing the public invite links within our own application interface.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, apps, or services. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every external platform you visit.
--------------------------------------------------
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable and standard security measures (such as using secure Firebase infrastructure) to protect the limited data we process. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
--------------------------------------------------
6. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain user-submitted public group links as long as they are active and comply with our policies.
User Right to Deletion: If you have submitted a group link and wish to have it removed from our directory, you can request its deletion at any time by contacting us at the email provided below. The link will be permanently removed from our database.
--------------------------------------------------
7. Children's Privacy
Our application is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will take necessary actions to delete it.
--------------------------------------------------
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
--------------------------------------------------
